Integrations & security
Connected to what you run. Careful with what it keeps.
Aurelle reads your PMS, takes payments through your provider and sends messages through established services. It keeps as little guest data as the job allows, and records who touched what.
What Aurelle connects to.
Each one does one job. Your PMS stays the source of truth for rooms and prices.
ElektraWeb
PMS · source of truth
Suites, room types, daily prices, products, photos and reservations sync into Aurelle. Writing app and phone bookings back is built behind a switch the owner turns on.
iyzico
Payments
Bookings, wallet top-ups, in-stay charges and payment links, with 3-D Secure, saved cards and refunds. Card numbers stay on iyzico’s pages.
Firebase Cloud Messaging
Push notifications
Guest and staff notifications on iOS and Android, each in the reader’s language.
Resend
Booking confirmations, receipts, pre-arrival notes and payment links, with a test mode that holds guest email until the owner switches it on.
Verimor
Text messages
Payment links and booking confirmations by SMS from the concierge, limited per number each day.
LiveKit
Phone line
Bridges your hotel number to the AI concierge over SIP.
Google Gemini
Voice and ID reading
The concierge’s voice on calls and its website chat; and one reading of an ID photo the phone could not read itself, held in memory for that call and never stored.
Anthropic Claude
In-app concierge chat
Answers guests in the app in their language, offers the right action, such as booking a table or a taxi, and hands over to reception.
How the data is looked after.
Roles and departments
Owner, general manager, heads, staff, a read-only verifier and the platform team. Staff see their own departments; guests only their own stays.
Two-step sign-in
Owners and general managers can be required to confirm sign-in with an authenticator code. When it is on, refunds and other money decisions need a two-step session.
Approvals for money
Refunds go through approval, larger ones to the owner. Nobody decides their own request.
An audit log of everything
Sign-ins, failed attempts, refunds, rate and setting changes, and every view of an ID photo: who, what, when, from where.
Only the last four
From a passport or ID the hotel keeps the type, nationality, expiry and last four characters. The full number, names and birth date never leave the guest’s phone.
Kept only as long as needed
An ID photo sent for the desk is gone within 24 hours of check-out; the online check-in summary after 30 days; the message log after 180 days.
Guests in control
Guests export their data or delete their account from the app; what the law requires the hotel to keep is explained on the page.
Limits and bot checks
Sign-in, codes, searches and public forms are rate-limited across every server, with a bot check on the website.
Watched around the clock
The API checks itself, the panel and the concierge every minute and alerts the platform team when one goes down.

See Aurelle run a real hotel.
Thirty minutes with the people who built it: the guest app, the staff app, the command center and the concierge on live demo data, and your hotel’s questions.
