Terms of use
Using this website.
Plain terms for a website that describes a product and lets you ask about it. Last updated 19 October 2026.
What this site is
This website describes Aurelle, a system for running hotels, and lets you book a walkthrough and ask questions. Using it does not create a contract to supply Aurelle. Any service, price and timeline is agreed only in a written proposal and contract signed by both sides.
The assistant
“Ask Aurelle” is an AI assistant. Its answers are general information about the product, written by a model from this site’s content; they can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not offers, quotes or commitments. What the team confirms in writing is what counts.
- Please don’t share guests’ personal data, passwords or payment details in the chat.
- Don’t use the chat or the forms to send unlawful, abusive or automated traffic; both have limits and bot checks.
Screens and examples
Product screens are rendered from the software on demo data. Names, rooms, references and prices in them and in example conversations are illustrative.
Content and marks
The text, screens, design and the Aurelle name and mark belong to Aurelle. You may link to and quote the site with attribution; please ask before reusing anything else.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site or relying on its content or the assistant’s answers.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle what you send is in the privacy notice; the one cookie the site may set is described under cookies.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
