About Aurelle
Made in a hotel, for hotels.
Aurelle began as the system for one property: GreenHills Suites in Çınarcık, on the Marmara coast. It was designed screen by screen with the people who run the desk, the kitchen and the floors, and it runs that hotel today.
Most hotels run on five systems that never quite agree: a PMS, a guest app from one vendor, a messaging tool, a task board, a call center and a spreadsheet for the owner. Every hand-off between them is a place where a request is lost or a guest is asked the same question twice.
GreenHills wanted one system instead: the guest’s app, the staff’s phones, the managers’ panel and the phone line, all working on the same stay. We built it from the design up, in three languages, with Arabic right to left from the first screen, and connected it to the PMS the hotel already trusted.
Aurelle is that system, offered to other hotels. It is still built the same way: next to the people who use it, one shift at a time.

Why the open window
The light is already on.
Our mark is a window with one corner open and the evening light already inside. It is the feeling of arriving at a great hotel: the room is ready, someone expected you. That is what Aurelle does for a hotel, every hour of the day.
What we hold to.
The guest’s language, properly
Translations reviewed in context, Arabic laid out right to left, prices and codes kept readable in every script.
Keep only what is needed
The last four characters of an ID, not the document. A photo for the desk gone a day after check-out.
Your PMS stays in charge
We read the system your revenue team already trusts and never quietly overwrite it.
No dead buttons
Every screen in the product does what it says, on real data, in a working hotel.

Seventy-nine suites, seven departments, one record of every stay.
