Questions
What general managers ask us first.
Straight answers about your PMS, the AI, your team, your guests’ data and how a rollout works. If yours isn’t here, ask Aurelle in the corner of the page or book a walkthrough.
The product
Is Aurelle a real product or a concept?
It is in service. Aurelle runs GreenHills Suites, a 79-suite hotel on the Marmara coast: the guest app in both app stores, the staff app in every department, the command center and the concierge on the phone line. Every screen on this site is that system on demo data.
Does it replace our PMS?
No. Your PMS stays the source of truth for rooms, rates and reservations. Aurelle reads it and runs everything guests and staff do on top of it, so your revenue team keeps working where it does today.
What do we get?
Four products on one record of the stay: a guest app for iOS and Android, a staff app with a dashboard for each department, a web command center for owners and managers, and an AI concierge on your phone line, in the app and on your website.
PMS, payments and the phone line
Which PMS do you work with?
ElektraWeb is connected today: suites, room types, daily prices, products, photos and reservations sync from it. If you run another PMS, tell us which on the call and we will talk through what connecting it involves.
How are payments taken?
Through iyzico, with 3-D Secure, saved cards, wallet top-ups, refunds with approvals and payment links sent by the concierge. Card numbers stay on the payment provider’s pages, never in Aurelle.
Can the concierge answer our existing number?
Yes. Your hotel number rings through to the concierge over a SIP line. It answers in Turkish, English or Arabic, following the caller, and passes the calls it should not handle to your team.
The AI concierge
Will the AI make things up to guests?
It answers from the facts, knowledge and rate rules you set in the command center, and quotes availability and prices live from the PMS. What it should not handle becomes a task for your team with a summary. Every call is kept and reviewed, and the ones a person should read are flagged.
Can it take a booking and a payment?
Yes. It quotes the flexible and the non-refundable rate, files the booking and sends a secure payment link by text message or email. Reception confirms the paid booking in the panel.
Who decides what it says?
You do. Hotel facts, knowledge, prices, discounts on the phone, messages and channels are edited in the command center, and a change reaches the next call within a minute.
Your team
Will our staff actually use it?
Each person opens the app to their own department’s dashboard: their queue, their rooms, their handover. Heads of department are trained first, and staff use the app in English, Turkish or Arabic.
How do requests stop getting lost?
Every request has an owner, a timer and a target. Past the target the department is notified; at twice the target the general manager is. Live operations shows what is running late.
Guests and their data
Which languages do guests get?
English, Turkish and Arabic in the app, in emails and in notifications. Arabic is laid out right to left on every screen, with prices, codes and dates kept readable.
What guest data do you keep?
As little as the job allows. From a passport or ID the hotel keeps the type, nationality, expiry and last four characters; the full number, names and birth date never leave the guest’s phone. An ID photo sent to the desk is deleted within 24 hours of check-out.
Do you hold security certifications?
Not today. What Aurelle has is roles, two-step sign-in for owners and managers, approvals for money, an audit log of every change and data kept only as long as needed. Hosting, contracts and a data processing agreement are covered on the call.
Pricing and rollout
How much does it cost?
Aurelle is priced per property, by its size and the products you switch on. There is no public price list: after a call about your hotel you receive a written proposal.
How does a rollout work?
One property at a time. We connect the PMS, set up the hotel with your team, train heads of department first and then open to guests. The timeline is agreed with you on the call.
We run several hotels. Can we see them together?
Each property runs its own Aurelle today, with its own data and team. A combined group view is not built yet; it will be built with the first group that needs it.
Can it run a much larger property?
It was designed for large hotels with many departments: queues with targets and escalation, roles for every level, reports that mail themselves. It runs at a 79-suite hotel today; sizing for your property is confirmed with the team.
Still have a question?
Ask Aurelle, our assistant, in any language. It knows the product and will set up a call when you want one.
See Aurelle run a real hotel.
Thirty minutes with the people who built it: the guest app, the staff app, the command center and the concierge on live demo data, and your hotel’s questions.
