Check-in done on the sofa at home.
Online check-in opens a day before arrival. The phone reads the passport or ID itself; the desk only checks it and hands over the key.

- Arrival time and anything to prepare: extra pillows, a baby cot, a celebration
- Only the document type, nationality, expiry and last four characters are kept

Order to the room and watch it arrive.
In-suite dining, the restaurant and the pool bar in one menu. Each order moves from received to delivered as the kitchen works on it.
