For hotel groups and international brands

Five-star service, at the scale of a portfolio.

Large hotels and hotel groups are run on hand-offs: between departments, between shifts, between the property and head office. Aurelle was built around them, for properties where guests arrive from the Gulf, Europe and Türkiye and expect to be answered in their own language.

What an operator gets.

One record of every stay

Guest app, staff app, command center and concierge on the same booking, request and folio. Nothing re-typed between teams.

Arabic as a first language

English, Turkish and Arabic in the guest app, mails and notifications, with Arabic fully right to left on every screen. Built for the Gulf traveller, not translated for them.

A call center that never sleeps

Every call to the property answered in the caller’s language, quoted from live rates, booked with a payment link, then scored and checked for quality.

Controls head office expects

Roles from owner to verifier, two-step sign-in, approvals for refunds, an audit log of every change, and guest data kept to the minimum.

Departments that own their work

Seven departments, each with its own dashboard, queue, targets and escalation path to the general manager.

Numbers without a spreadsheet

Owner dashboard, forecast, revenue by source and reports that mail themselves to the right people every week.

Your standards, at every property

The brand decides. The system holds it.

What the concierge may say
Facts, policies, discounts on the phone and message templates are set centrally per property, in the hotel’s own words, and change within a minute.
Service targets
Every request type has a target. Past it the department is notified; at twice the target, the general manager.
Money decisions
Refunds go through approval, larger ones to the owner. Nobody decides their own request.
One look, many hotels
Content, offers and app imagery are managed in the command center for each property, with a live preview before they go out.
Guest app home in Arabic, laid out right to left.
Staff app management dashboard in the night theme.
A grand hotel entrance at dusk, lamps lit, a car waiting at the door.
Five-star arrivals, in every language your guests speak.

How a portfolio rollout works.

One property at a time, starting with the one that will teach us the most.

  1. Choose a first property

We map its departments, PMS, payment provider and phone line, and agree what success looks like.

  2. Configure and load

Rooms and prices come from the PMS. Menus, spa, places, rules, roles and the concierge’s knowledge are set up with your team.

  3. Train and open

Heads of department learn their dashboards first; guests get the app with their reservation code; the concierge takes the line.

  4. Repeat with what we learned

The next property starts from the first one’s setup: roles, content and reports carry over and are adjusted locally.

Where we are today.

Each property runs its own Aurelle, with its own data, team and settings. ElektraWeb is the PMS connected today; your PMS, payment provider and the portfolio view across your hotels are scoped with you on the call, with the people who will use them.

Command center report builder: choose measures, split and filters, preview and mail it weekly.

Thirty minutes on one of your properties: its departments, its guests’ languages, its phone line, and what a first rollout would look like.
