One cookie, and only if you chat.

The cookie

• aurelle_assistant · strictly necessary · set only when you send your first message to Ask Aurelle. It holds a random, signed session number so the security check isn’t repeated on every message. It is httpOnly, sent only to the chat’s own address, and expires after two hours.

Because it is strictly necessary for a service you ask for, it needs no consent banner. If you never use the chat, no cookie is set.

Stored in your browser, not sent to us

• Your chat conversation, in this tab’s session storage, gone when you close the tab. “Start over” clears it at once.
• Form details the assistant prepared for Book a walkthrough, until the form opens.

Security check

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, sends the form or starts a chat. Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser for that check under its own privacy terms.
