Accessibility
Built to be used by everyone.
The products are used by guests and staff of every age and language, so the website is held to the same standard. Last updated 19 October 2026.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
- Text and controls meet AA contrast in both the light and dark sections.
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring and a link to skip to the content.
- Images of the product have text descriptions; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Motion is calm, and stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Text resizes and the layout reflows down to a phone’s width without sideways scrolling.
- The chat announces replies to screen readers and keeps focus inside it on phones.
Known limits
Product screenshots show dense application screens; their descriptions summarise them rather than read every value. Ask Aurelle, or a walkthrough, can go through any screen in detail.
